Wipe-downs are guaranteed at least once a month, with additional wipe-downs as needed. Pressure washing is quarterly.

Payments are monthly in advance; cancellation takes effect after your prepaid service month. Final bin count and service details are confirmed before subscription. Is my home on the route?
Use the address checker above to see whether your address is inside our mapped service area. An inside-area result is a coverage check; your start date and access details still need confirmation. Addresses near a boundary or not confidently located need review.
Do you empty or clean the bins?
Your regular waste hauler collects the contents. Our $39/month Standard Home Plan handles rollout and return for up to 3 trash, recycling, or green bins. The optional $69/month Home Plan + Bin Care covers up to 3 bins with the same weekly service, guaranteed monthly wipe-downs plus additional wipe-downs as needed, and quarterly pressure washing. Each additional bin costs $5/month on Standard or $10/month with Bin Care. Waste hauling is not included in either plan.
How often are bins wiped down and pressure washed?
Home Plan + Bin Care guarantees a wipe-down at least once every month, with additional wipe-downs as needed. Pressure washing is included once per quarter.
How many bins are included, and what do extra bins cost?
Both plans include up to 3 bins total, in any combination of trash, recycling, and green bins. Each bin beyond the first 3 adds $5 per month to the Standard Home Plan or $10 per month to Home Plan + Bin Care. For example, 4 bins cost $44/month on Standard or $79/month with Bin Care.
What if I have a tricky driveway?
Tell us when we review your request. We confirm distance, access, and any special arrangements before you subscribe.
When do my bins go out and come back?
For a normal Thursday pickup, we roll bins out between Wednesday morning and Thursday at 7 a.m. We return them after Thursday’s pickup, by Friday at 7 a.m. When a holiday moves pickup to a different day, both service windows shift with it.
What happens on holidays or if pickup is delayed?
When a holiday shifts the pickup day, our rollout and return days shift with it. For other collection delays, bins return after pickup; we’ll confirm any necessary schedule adjustment.
When do I pay?
After your address and start date are confirmed, payment is collected in advance of each service month. Checking your address does not take payment or start a subscription.
What happens when I cancel?
Payments are made in advance of each service month. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not end your service immediately. We continue service through the end of the service month you have already paid for.
